Shipping + Delivery
We are based in Beautiful, British Columbia Canada. All shipments are sent from Canada.
It takes 1-2 business days to process and ship your order. Depending on your location, it will take 5-10 business days to receive your shipment. Please allow for extra shipping time or delays during high traffic seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, Boxing Day, Valentine’s Day, etc).

We currently deliver to USA , UK & Canada. Additional countries will be added soon, please refer to our shipping page for updates.
Depending upon your order, your items may be shipped separately.
We track all orders and shipments. If your order contains items from separate warehouses, there will be two shipments. If your first shipment does not contain all items, there will be a second shipment which will arrive shortly after.
We apologize for any delays.
Sometimes shipping can take longer than anticipated, especially if customs clearance is required. We process orders immediately after they are placed, however, during high volume times, we ask for 2-5 business days to prepare and ship your order.

We try our best to resolve any issues customers have with their
products online, however, if you wish to refund or exchange your products, we can accommodate that if done within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please contact our support team by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a refund or exchange
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing your order. If your order has been processed and shipped within the 12-hour timeframe, you will need to follow our return process (listed above) by initiating an email to our support team at email@example.com. If your order has arrived damaged or defective, we will send a free replacement or process a refund, based upon your choice. Damaged or defective items must be reported within three days of delivery with a picture of the jewelry. If not reported, we cannot issue credit. If you believe you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that there may be slight differences in color between your item and the website picture. If the difference in color is more than a slight variation of colour, or if you are unhappy with it, please contact us and we will happily arrange an appropriate solution for you.
Due to the global nature of our business, we are not responsible
for any customs fees once items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages sent to you may require customs fees during the shipping process, if outside of Canada.
